The soul of Allegrini Farm production is respect for the identity of the raw material, a culture that permits the transferral of all the potential of the grapes in each of the wines produced.
Thus, one perceives the pulp and richness of the three classical grapes in the more immediate and jovial vintage Valpolicella Classico: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
Versatility is the strong point of Palazzo Della Torre, a Cru whose density and aromatic breadth are highly appraised, which are in keeping with a purebred red. The method of production brings out its originality; in fact, Allegrini has substituted the traditional method of pumping the must over the dregs with refermentation activated by whole dried grapes from the same vineyard, capable of truly enriching the product.
The company's other great challenge was to prove that Corvina and Rondinella grapes can be used to produce an internationally valued autochthonous red without the help of dried grapes.
Thus, La Grola was created, a Cru obtained with a mass selection of Corvina and Rondinella, the first step in winegrowing to provide a strong and precise philosophy for a Veronese red. With La Poja, vinified in purity, Allegrini Farm extracts an "extreme" wine, the prototype of a lively and exuberant Veronese red, capable of uniting strength and elegance and exalting richness and perfumes.
Amarone was created from the cultivation of a project: Allegrini had modified the profile through time, controlling the passerillage raisning with sensitiveness, making profound improvements in the methods and techniques, in order to produce a traditional and at once innovative wine.
Giovanni Allegrini Recioto is a wine with a net and round sweetness to the taste, with the ambition of outlining a new interpretation of the most ancient and representative Valpolicella wine.
