The Cellar
(about 1 hours)
During their visit to the wine cellar to taste Valpolicella Classico D.O.C., Palazzo della Torre Veronese I.G.T. and Amarone della Valpolicella Classico D.O.C., guests will be given an introduction to the Valpolicella as a land with a great enological vocation and, through their tasting experience, Allegrini's original interpretation of it.

Strolling through the vineyards
(about one hour)
As an extension of the "Wine Cellar", it is possible to visit the four most relevant Allegrini vineyards: La Poja, La Grola, Palazzo della Torre and Villa Giona. In truly suggestive settings the cultivation technique, the various training systems and the soil and climatic conditions are presented.

Small tasting sessions

The Valpolicella is served
In homage to their proverbial hospitality, Allegrini is pleased to open the doors of their cellar to prepare luncheons and dinners for companies, groups and private parties. The visit to the historical aging cellar with its oak barrels is followed by a menu in which red wines of noble lineage wed the territorial cuisine of our women chefs.
