Cooking with Giuliano Hazan

Giuliano and Lael Hazan, together with Marilisa Allegrini, invite you to join them for a week of total immersion in Italian cooking, wine, and lifestyle. Villa Giona will be the incomparable site where you will be given a warm welcome, and from which you will set off for the scheduled excursions.
A maximum of 12 students will partecipate in a week of hands-classes taught by Giuliano Hazan. Each class concludes with a dinner composed of the several courses prepared during the class.
Each class will also include presentations by Marilisa Allegrini on the major wine producing region of Italy.
