Palazzo della Torre, which is terraced with "marogne", dry stone walls, a true jewel of rural Lessinia Mountain architecture, is one of the most beautiful estates in the Valpolicella Classica area.
Situated in the township of Fumane, it crowns the ancient Villa della Torre, from which it takes its name. The classical arbour type of planting is used, set up with a low plantation density of 3,000 stalks per hectare, with 20 buds per stalk.
This form of winegrowing has the great advantage of permitting optimum aeration, which guarantees perfectly healthy grapes, which are earmarked for drying.
